Alcoholics Anonymous is a network of men and women who share their experience and strength helping to solve common problems and support each other in alcohol recovery. District 10 is Alcohol Anonymous chapter of South Central Indiana.

Amethyst House
Bloomington based not-for-profit United Way agency that provides residential and outpatient services for people with drug and alcohol addiction and problem gambling issues.

Bloomington Planned Parenthood
Planned Parenthood provides reproductive health care, sex education, and information related to sexual well-being to the Bloomington community.  If you or a friend has questions related to sexual well- being, are interested in learning more about testing for sexually transmitted diseases, or prevention services, then Planned Parenthood may be able to help.  Visit their website to learn more about services.

The nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of community-based behavioral healthcare, offering a full range of mental health services, substance abuse treatment and educational services.

Center for Human Growth
The Center for Human Growth offers counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups at a minimal cost. Counselors are also available for education programs and mental health testing for student groups.

Middle Way House
Middle Way House is a local domestic violence shelter that provides victims of interpersonal violence with shelter, counseling and resources realted to safe housing, community resources, counseling, legal advocates, and support groups.  If you or someone has been a victim of domestic violence, or if your student group would like to learn more about volunteering at Middle Way or about issues related to violence, then Middle Way is a great resource.  They offer educational programs as well as volunteering opportunities to students.

Narcotics Anonymous
Are you or someone else interested in quitting drug use, but find that addiction is much stronger than the will to stop?  Narcotics Anonymous provides help from peers and offers an ongoing support network for addicts who wish to pursue and maintain a drug-free lifestyle through group meetings and community.  Visit the their website to learn more about meetings available in the Bloomington and local community. 

Positive Link (IU Health)
Positive Link, a program of Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital Community Health, is the preeminent provider of comprehensive prevention and social services for those impacted by HIV in south central Indiana. They provide a number of services to the community related to the health and well-being of those infected with or at risk for HIV infection.  If you or someone you know is interested in getting tested, call 812.353.3261 to learn about testing centers and times.

Prosecutor’s Office
The Monroe County Prosecutor's Office offers a number of resources related to all four Culture of Care focus areas.  Survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence can obtain support from the Victims Assistance Program, and student groups can learn more about sexual assault through prevention educational programs.
